Avelys Rating: 7.5/10
Avelys Notes: Super cute! Reminded me of Lovely Complex but much better. The dynamic between the characters was fun and there was some nice twists. Still ongoing~
Candy’s Rating: 9/10
Candy’s Notes: This manga is literally too adorable for it’s own good! It has some cliche moments, but for the most part it feels so different from the typical shoujo mangas. The main girl doesn’t feel brain dead and she doesn’t make dumb choices because #male2kwet. She has her own life and her own issues and feels like a real relatable girl, ignoring the lottery circumstances. You can’t help but root for the underdog. I also love how the age differences didn’t become a huge issue or forced drama. I actually enjoy watching the female lead try and figure out what she wants because it’s done well. There’s no unnecessary crying because senpai didn’t notice her and there hasn’t been any “OMG RELEASE THE ANGST” (so far). Overall, it’s just an enjoyable read.
